Sandinova:
SANDINOVA is a water-based paint designed for interior use, featuring luminescent sandy reflections for a unique aesthetic. Easy application makes it ideal for creating distinctive and refined environments. Available in two versions: LUSTRE, offering a brighter effect, and MATT, providing a matte finish. Whether seeking heightened luminosity or a more subdued look, SANDINOVA offers versatility and elegance for interior design projects.
New concrete, masonry or plaster:
Allow the newly constructed cement surface to cure for minimum of 30 days, prior to application of J&N Acrylic Base Water Thinnable Cement Primer. Ensure that the wall to be painted is completely dry and free from any cement residue.
Apply one coat of J&N Acrylic Base Water Thinnable Cement Primer at the recommended dilution level, using standard brush or spray application. Let it dry for minimum 4-5 hours and then apply Jensolin White Cement based Wall Putty using Putty Knife. Allow it to dry for 4-6 hrs. Follow this with one more coat of JN Speciality Primer.
Sand Dune Effect:
Apply and work Sandinova gradually over a small surface (about 1 – 2 m2 at a time), using the brush. Apply small quantities of paint unevenly, by alternating brush strokes in all directions. After approximately 5 – 10 minutes, work the treated part over again using the brush free of paint, while shifting and smoothing the grainy part in all directions in order to create the sand dune effect. At the same time, use softer brush strokes in all directions to remove any streaks left by the brush.
Stratified Grand Canyon Effect:
Apply and work Sandinova gradually over a small surface (about 1 – 2 m2 at a time), using the brush. Apply small quantities of paint with oblique or vertical brush strokes, so long as they are uneven and 10 – 15 cm long. After approximately 5 – 10 minutes, work the treated part over again using the brush free of paint, while shifting and smoothing the grainy part with uneven brush strokes in the same direction as the strokes made before. At the same time, remove any lines left by the brush by gently brushing in the same direction as the existing brush strokes.

JN Speciality primer – 15 to 20% with water
Sandinova Lustre / Matt – Ready to use
Coverage:
JN Speciality primer – 80 to 120 Sq.ft per Ltr for one coat
Sandinova Lustre / Matt – 80 to 90 Sq.ft per Ltr for one coat
